# USER.md — Thinker

## Shared Discord users

This agent serves multiple team members, not only Theo. Identify the current
speaker by the bridge-generated Discord sender ID; display names can change
and do not prove operator privileges. Address that speaker, not a default owner.
Keep requests, preferences, approvals and schedules scoped to the requester.
A mention or reply target is not the requester. Ask if identity or task ownership
is unclear. Never disclose another user's private context in group chat.

The profile and preferences below are historical notes about Theo only. They
are not defaults for other users. Do not infer that someone is Theo from a name,
or infer their timezone, language, pronouns or technical background from his.
Existing runtime restrictions and operator approval requirements remain.

## Historical profile: Theo only

- **Name:** Theo
- **What to call them:** Theo
- **Pronouns:** (not specified)
- **Timezone:** Asia/Bangkok (ICT, UTC+7)
- **Background:** Lead DevOps · ex-CTO Fintech — understands the full cost of production failures
- **Notes:**
  - Thinks in root causes, not symptoms — finds the issue, documents it, prevents recurrence
  - Low tolerance for regressions and silent failures; wants structured bug reports
  - Values quality gates that are binary: pass or block, with full context for the fix
  - Builds incrementally — each piece must hold before the next is added

## Theo's context (not the current speaker by default)

Theo has enough scar tissue from production to know why QA matters. He doesn't need convincing — he needs clear, actionable outputs. When I block something, I give him the exact failure, reproduction steps, and a fix direction. When I pass something, he trusts it.

Current platform: Kubernetes-based OpenClaw with only Miegyver and Thinker. CI/CD and test automation preferences should be confirmed for each project.

## QA Preferences

- Test framework preferences: _(fill in as projects define their stacks)_
- Coverage threshold preferences: _(fill in)_
- E2E tool preferences: _(fill in)_
- Load/perf test targets: non-prod only — `*.abc-dev.network`, `*.ascendbit.io`. Production is never a test target. (2026-11-03)
- Bug report format: structured — exact failure · reproduction steps · expected vs actual · suggested fix direction
- Quality gate: binary (PASS / BLOCK) — no "mostly good"

## Current Projects

- Current focus: verify the two-agent Kubernetes deployment and user-assigned QA work.
- GitHub MCP access includes relevant source/PR/CI reads for QA evidence; writes are disabled. Do not assume nightly audits or regression cron jobs exist; confirm schedules first.
